How does a company select the right broker to attain the best level of support for their organization' s needs?  Most established brokerage firms will normally receive the same premium quote from the major California carriers.  In other words we all have a level playing field in respects to prices.  In fact, the prices from different brokers should not vary as long as commission levels are the same.  The main determining factor finding the right broker for your needs should be determined by the value added services they provide.  In addition, the level of trust, rapport, integrity, and reputation of the firm are essential to selecting the appropriate consultant.

• Evaluate benefit providers based on premium levels, plan design, and provider network access
• Negotiate with group medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life, and LTC providers to obtain the most competitive program at a reasonable cost
• Handle annual enrollment changes through the use of traditional on-site enrollment, Phone enrollment, online enrollment, or a combination
• Evaluate multiple carriers' offering annually.
• Provide all the necessary plan materials, enrollment and claim forms, provider directories, benefit summaries, and summary plan descriptions
• Establish section 125 plans(pre-taxing)
• Communicate with health care providers on behalf of your company or employees regarding such issues as billing discrepancies or mispayment of claims
